Introduction

This battery nail penetrating tester conform to GB/T2900.11-1988, IEC60086-4:2000,UL1642, UL2054 and other related standards.

Specifications

Test should be performed under temperature 20+/-5 centigrade, put the battery connected with thermocouple into fume hood, puncture the battery to the center of the largest surface with a diameter 2-8mm steel nail on a speed 10-40mm/s. Nail stay in the battery for a certain time (set accord to standard requirements).

1. diameter 2-8mm high temperature resistance nail, 150mm high from the plate carry battery
2. at a rate of 10-40mm/s, puncture the battery on a vertical direction, stay for a certain time (1min-6h)
3. puncture force: 150~200KG
4. displacement: 100mm
5. box equipment designed for explosion-proof, fire prevention and anti-corrosion
6. force sensor: high precision pressure sensor
